'Out Loud' also recognizes recipients' achievements, featuring them on Arttitude's website to amplify their voices. Our goal is to inspire change-makers who will make a lasting impact.
The 'Pay It No Mind' Scholarship honors Marsha P. Johnson by supporting adult learners who embody her resilience and advocacy. This program provides financial assistance for those pursuing education later in life, celebrating Marsha's legacy and fostering positive change. "MaricónX: Stories di Mi Tierra" exhibition honors Latinx LGBTQ+ identity, culture, and the strength derived from the diverse fabric of our homelands. Each artist communicates their stories through their art, embodying beauty, and resilience in the face of challenges, and moments of triumph. These narratives are intricately woven with their heritage and queerness, creating a vibrant tapestry of expression.
The Opening Reception is on May 30, 2024, at the Oak Cliff Cultural Center. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
